rosella liquor / tea

I picked the last of the rosellas today and enjoyed the last salad with crisp pieces of rosella tossed through, pretending to be pomegranate seeds.

Now I will break the rosella into segments and dry them to make the most delicious pink tea which is scrumptious hot or cold.
