Roasted radish

Check out my brother-in-law Grey's radishes. Four weeks from seed to here. Apart from eating them straight from the garden (after a rub to get the crumbs off), then in salads, and adding the tops to pesto - when you're truly sick of the sight of radishes roast them in lashes of olive oil, salt and pepper - delicious.
