My thirty-nine year old Darwin lime is full of flowers.
I love the tiny new fruit.
This year there is flowers, new fruit, almost ripe fruit and falling fruit all at once.
Hope that doesn't mean it's full of termites and about to die. No it is full of termites but I just keep it pruned to head height so it doesn't fall over and it keeps fruiting.
