Kale

I met kale walking in Spain years ago, great paddocks of it and ate it in a delicious soup. I've grown it ever since.

Green smoothies. Even on the coldest morning I love my kale, frozen mango and yogurt smoothies. The chooks love the tough leaves and the pig adores the stems.
